Our proactive approach to legal advocacy provides innovative, cost-effective, quality legal services to support the City Council, City Manager, and city staff.
About the City Attorney’s Office: The office represents or supervises the representation of the City of Mission in all legal matters, including among others real estate, economic development, land use, labor and employment, civil litigation defense, and civil service representation. The office is responsible for the review and drafting of resolutions, ordinances, contracts, deeds and other legal documents in which the city has an interest. In addition, our office provides legal counsel to several City Boards and Commissions, including among others, Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment.
