Members of our Mission Fire Department recently deployed with TIFMAS (Texas Intrastate Fire Mutual Aid System) to Amarillo, where they assisted in a search and rescue operation of a stranded hiker in Palo Duro Canyon. We are proud they represented Mission, as they helped fellow Texans.

Mission City Leaders held a ground breaking today at the site of what will become the City of Mission’s very first BARK PARK!

The Dog Park at Bannworth will be a 2-acre playground where Mission’s four-legged friends and citizens can socialize! The Bannworth Dog Park will be divided into two sections – one for large dogs and one for small. The Dog Park, which will be surrounded by butterfly gardens, will also feature a leashed dog area with shaded seating, and watering...
