We are proud to share that March 29th is recognized as Mission Day in the State of Texas.

Our beautiful All-America City, established in 1908, is rich in history and has experienced tremendous growth in population and economic development.

We are known for our profitable citrus industry, which we celebrate yearly at the Texas Citrus Fiesta.
Mission is also widely known for its ecotourism and birding attractions, with abundant recreational opportunities such as the National Butterfly Center, the World Birding Center, Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park, and the 10-mile Mission Hike and Bike Trail.

Today, we celebrate this recognition and thank our delegation for their representation at the State Capitol.
