The City of Mission had the opportunity to attend the annual South Texas All Hazards Conference. This is one of the state’s largest and most comprehensive conferences dealing with emergency response. We spoke to City Manager Randy Perez and Emergency Management Coordinator David Flores, who shared the importance of having personnel prepared to respond to emergencies, including natural disasters.
