Our City of Mission Fire and Police Departments displayed their new equipment to Mayor Beto Salinas and our Mission City Council. All of the equipment, purchased through grants, will be used to better protect and serve our Community. The Police Department used Federal grants to purchase ATV’s that will allow them better access to remote or otherwise inaccessible areas, while the Fire Department used a grant provided by Firehouse Subs to purchase a fleet of bikes for its Bicycle Rescue Team.
