The City of Mission held a Plaque Dedication Ceremony in loving memory of Rolando Francisco Barrera.
Rolando Francisco Barrera was a longtime Mission civic leader who dedicated his time and efforts to positively impact our Community. Mission’s Skate Park, located at 200 S. Palma Avenue, bears Rolando F. Barrera’s name. Click on each image to enlarge:
