Chapa, who has officiated dozens of national sporting tournaments including boxing, kickboxing and Self-Defense tournaments, recently attended the Collegiate Umpire Camp in Georgia, where he learned the latest umpire training techniques and now plans to implement them into our city leagues. The staff at the camp included the entire staff that oversees the NCAA Umpire Program.
Chapa currently oversees the officials who work with our Mission Parks and Rec leagues.
