City of Mission Employees undergo mandatory customer service training.

The City of Mission prides itself on striving to put the customer first, and Mission City Manager Martin Garza believes the taxpayer should always be treated with the upmost respect. In fact, the customer is an integral part of Mission’s Mission Statement: “The City of Mission provides exceptional customer service through dedicated leadership and efficient use of resources to enhance the quality of life in our community.”
For this reason, the City provided an employee training course entitled “Customer Service Excellence: Skills for Success.” We hope any future transaction residents have with the City of Mission proves to be an enjoyable experience.
