Our Mission Mayor and City Council recognize Mission CISD’s former Coach and Athletic Director, Rosendo (Roy) Garcia, for all of his accomplishments throughout his coaching career, especially his recent induction into the Texas High School Coaches Association Hall of Honor.

Coach Garcia worked with our Mission CISD for 30 years, working many of those years as both the head basketball coach and the athletic director.
