During City-wide emergency situations, such as the recent floods, the City of Mission urges all citizens to call the SEVERE INCIDENT CALL CENTER. Residents are encouraged to use this Call Center to report non-life threatening emergencies such as flooding, trees down, power outages, sewer back-ups, etc. During City-wide emergencies, staff will be responsive and available 24/7 to answer the calls and dispatch personnel to the reported locations.
