Mission Fire Department Cancer Awareness Wreath Ceremony

Tomorrow January 12th Mission Fire Department will be hosting a Wreath Ceremony to bring awareness to the many firefighters who have lost their lives to cancer. 

 

What: Mission Fire Department Cancer Awareness Wreath Ceremony

When: Thursday Jan. 12th

Time: 10 AM

Where: Central Fire Station (415 W. Tom Landry St.)

Why: Fire fighters continually face fire hazards that put them at risk for many types of cancers. The City of Mission will hold this Wreath Ceremony as a symbol of support and recognition for these brave men and woman who are fighting and are still fighting this terrible disease.
