Mission hosting tree planting in honor of fallen hero – Officer Cabrera to be honored on one-year anniversary of his passing
On the one year anniversary of Officer Jorge Cabrera’s passing, the Mission Police Department will commemorate their fallen hero with a celebration of life and tree planting ceremony Tuesday Aug. 24, 2021.
The public is invited to join Mission city leaders and police officers as they honor Officer Jorge Cabrera, who lost his life in the line of duty, Aug. 24, 2020. Masks and social distancing are highly recommended.
