Our Mission Fire Department’s Special Operations Team conducted Rescue Boat Operations training at Anzalduas Park. This training in the Rio Grande River keeps the 16 member team up to date on swift water and flood water specialty skills. On duty fire personnel also participated in the training – exposing them to the operations the team conducts.
