Mayor Dr. Armando O’Caña, members of our Mission City Council, and various local leaders took part in the Rail Bridge Advisory Board Meeting to discuss the Madero/Reynosa International Bridge Action Plan – and gather knowledge that will help in our ongoing efforts to bring a railroad through the City of Mission, extending to Monterrey.
