Calling all teen artists! If you’re a teenager aged 12-18 and you want to both destroy bubble wrap and paint a canvas, join Speer Memorial Library’s Teen Department for a fun painting lesson! No pre-registration is required, and all materials are provided while supplies last. This event will count as one (1)  Participation Point for all Teen Summer Reading Program participants.
