Celebrate the phenomenal Texas Ebony tree with fresh Ebony Cowboy Coffee and fireside tales.

Join us in a joint program from Le’Chez Bleu and Bentsen staff. Take a seat around the fire ring and hear about the stories of the heartwood of the Texas ebony tree. Try the freshly brewed cowboy style coffee of the ebony bean like your ancestors did before you, but with the added pleasure of tasty Le’Chez food close by should you want something to sink your teeth into.

• Bring: Personal mug and weather appropriate clothing
• Meet: Le’Chez Bleu Bistro located at park headquarters
• Registration: Registration required. Open to the first 30 participants.
• Cost: Program is free to the public. Cowboy coffee is free. Purchases of Le’Chez teas and meals available until 3 pm.
