DRAFT Consolidated Plan and Strategy (CPS) Program Goals
The required goals of the CPS address the priorities of the funding provided by CDBG Program are: to provide decent housing; a suitable living environment; expand economic opportunities; and to form and strength partnership. Proposed Annual Action Plan (AAP)
The AAP is a major component of the CPS. It sets forth the plan for activities for use of CDBG funds during the period beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2024. On May 25, 2023 the Citizens Advisory Committee made the following funding recommendations utilizing the City’s 2023 CDBG Allocation of $962,344.
