Impacted by Hurricane Hanna? A church group is offering FREE warm meals for Mission families that are recovering from the storm. Please drop by Lions Park anytime from 1-6pm (or until meals run out.) Thanks to Hidalgo County for helping to organize this for our affected residents.
PLEASE PREPARE FOR THE SEVERE WEATHER HEADED OUR WAY Move items like patio furniture, garden décor, and trash cans indoors if possible, if not secure them. Anchor larger objects such as a grill or play equipment. High winds can turn all of these items into projectiles that can cause serious damage.

Our Mission firefighters are participating in a refresher Driver/Operator course to keep up their skills. The training involves maneuvering around obstacles, judging distances and having proper control of the fire apparatus
