U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) presented Mission City Manager Martin Garza with a “Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition” for his 27 years of service to the citizens of Mission!

Garza has announced he will retire as Mission’s City Manager at the end of November. The certificate reads as follows:

 

“In commendation of your twenty seven years of service to the City of Mission, through which you have revealed exceptional tenacity and unparalleled level of commitment to our community. Your tireless dedication has served to better the development and progress for the citizens of the City of Mission.”
