The City of Mission, as the lead agency, in conjunction with the City of McAllen, Hidalgo County, and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), is proposing to widen and reconstruct Taylor Road from Interstate 2 (I-2) (U.S. 83 Expressway) to Mile 2 North Road in Hidalgo County, Texas.
